David and Janet Johnson of Pekin will celebrate their 40th anniversary on Jan. 28, 2018.
Mr. David B. Johnson and the former Janet Beardsley Johnson were married on Jan. 28, 1978, at First Christian Church in Pekin. Rev. Don Ridgeway performed the ceremony.
A family celebration will be held in Panama City Beach, Fla., this fall.
They are the parents of two children, Teresa Fulk Kuhn of Mackinaw and Greg (Erin) Fulk of Mahomet, Ill.
They have five grandchildren: Natalie, Ginny, and Gabe Fulk, and Riley and Marleigh Kuhn.
