Datione B. Warren, 27, Duluth, sale of a narcotic, 73 months in prison; sale of methamphetamine/amphetamine in/near school/park/public housing zone, neglect of a child and fleeing on foot, dismissed.

Jerrett A. R. Wiggins, 38, Duluth, driver involved in accident failed to give information, continued for dismissal for six months on condition of no same or similar offense.

Marcell L. Gaines, 46, Duluth, sale of a narcotic, fined $50 and 45 months in prison.

Nicholas D. Harer, 18, Cottage Grove, Minn., possession or sale of small amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50 per each count.

Jordan J. M. Hebler, 21, Duluth, possession of drug paraphernalia, fined $50.

Nicholas D. Jenniges, 28, Coon Rapids, Minn., first count of driving after suspension (offense date 6/8/14) and second count of driving after suspension (offense date 6/16/14), fined $200 per each count.

Benjamin W. Johnsen, 31, Duluth, contempt of court - willful disobedience to court mandate, 60 days in local confinement or NERCC; driving after suspension and domestic assault, dismissed.

Gail C. St. Germaine, 41, Duluth, careless driving, fined $100.
