Olivia, 23, began in the industry in 2016, sometimes using the name Olivia Voltaire, and appeared in sex films for Reality Kings, Vixen.com and Mofos, as well as others.

Her agency, LA Direct Models, confirmed that she had faced personal issues last year which had resulted in her spending some time in rehab.

But it was hoped that she would return to films this year.

A statement from the company added: “Olivia had not been available for work since early October of last year, as she had been facing some personal challenges that had seen her in residential rehab for a period of nearly three months.

“She had been out for about a month, hoping to make a return to work in the early part of this year.

“We learned today that she had returned to a different facility in West Hollywood after a relapse, approximately a week ago, at which she was found deceased this morning.

“Family and close friends said they had deep concern at the volume of prescription drugs prescribed to Olivia and the danger this posed to her.

“If this was mixed with recreational drugs or alcohol, it is believed this to be the cause of her passing.”

The porn industry is facing a crisis after the death of a number of girls in the last two months.

This was highlighted by the death of August Ames, who her brother believes was hounded to her death by social media bullies.

Shula Stylez, Olivia Nova and Yuri Luv have also died in the last two months.

Agency owner Derek Hay added: “Much comment has recently been made on the number of adult starts having passed in the last year and with great sadness we must inform that that the list has grown longer.

“May she rest in peace.”
