Judge Loya death case to be heard by CJI court

New Delhi

SC

A plea, seeking a thorough Special Investigation Team probe in connection with the Judge BH Loya death case, is now listed for hearing before Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra court in the Supreme Court on Monday.

Earlier, a division bench, headed by Justice Arun Mishra was hearing the petition in the death case of Judge B H Loya, who was presiding over the trial in the alleged fake encounter of Sheikh Sohrabuddin.

Justice Mishra, in an earlier order, had ruled that an appropriate bench would hear the matter.
