Hempel Oman takes channel partners on incentive trip to Georgia

To foster an interminable partnership and cultivate close affiliation, Hempel Oman organised an incentive trip to Georgia for its top performing channel partners. Named ‘Hello Georgia’ the programme provided a chance to connect with the top performing dealers.

Vikram Sood, decorative sales manager for Hempel Oman, said, “The Hello Georgia incentive was our way of showing our gratitude to our channel partners for their conscientiousness and commitment. They have played a major role in the success that we enjoy today.”

He added, “With an intention to serve customers more competently, we shared a Channel Partner Excellence presentation with our channel partners. The presentation emphasised on team building and underscored the significance of effectual synergy between Hempel and its channel partners.”

During the presentation, the dealers were familiarised with the My Hempel, an e-commerce portal that gives all information, documents and tools that users may need to do business with Hempel quickly, easily and online. The My Hempel online portal is designed to reduce paper work and improve efficiency. It contains information tailored specifically for dealers and customers, from details of orders and invoices to tailored prices and stock planning statistics, so one gets a complete overview of all coating logistics and transactions online. Hempel owes its expansion of retail business in Oman due to its innovative concepts.

Jacob Kuruvilla, country manager of Hempel, said, “Expansion of Hempel in the retail segment across Oman speaks highly of our products. This is because of the ever-increasing customer base that now demands for more sophisticated and premium-quality paint products and finishes.” Hempel has established a leadership position in the country’s protective, marine and decorative coating segments.
