ROCKFORD — No one was injured Friday evening when bullets struck two homes in Rockford, according to police.

Rockford officers were called after 6 p.m. to the 500 block of Locust Street and found several spent shell casings. Bullets struck one home and hit the window of a second home, according to police.

There was no information about a suspect or suspects.
