Teacher unions seek immediate inquiry against Uva CM

Teacher unions demand the authorities to immediately carry out an investigation into the incident where the Principal of the Badulla Tamil Girls' school was made to kneel down before Uva Province Chief Minister Chamara Sampath Dassanayake.

The principal of the Badulla Tamil Girls' School R. Bawani explaining the incident to UNP Parliamentarian Wadivel Suresh said that she was forced to kneel down before the Chief Minister at his residence.
