WHICH Premier League teams make the most substitutions?

Burnley have named the most unchanged starting line-ups this season, with Sean Dyche opting to field the same XI on eight occasions so far.

They are followed by Jose Mourinho’s Manchester United side, whose five unchanged teams are the second highest amount in the division.

Leicester and Brighton have both chosen four this season, whilst Stoke and Arsenal have picked three.

There are also three sides who have selected no unchanged line-ups, as Liverpool, Tottenham and West Brom have altered their starting XI’s for every game so far.

But which clubs have made the most changes during matches?
