CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was off .80 cent at $4.2460 a bushel; March corn rose .60 cent at 3.5320 a bushel; March oats fell .40 cent at $2.6060 a bushel while January soybeans advanced 10.20 cents at $9.8060 a bushel.

Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was up .77 cent at $1.2240 a pound; January feeder cattle rose .55 cent at $1.4938 a pound; February lean hogs fe11 .23 cent at $.7250 a pound.
