Jan. 18
12:57 p.m. Suspicious circumstance was reported in the 800 block of Randolph Street where a window to a residence was found ajar the previous day.
3:19 p.m. No injuries were reported and towing was required following a crash at Hollywood Avenue and an unnamed alley. A 1998 Subaru Outback operated by Robert Sponseller, of Hanover, struck a 2014 Hyundai Elantra operated by Patricia Waltman, of Hanover.
3:27 p.m. Disturbance involving disorderly juveniles was reported in the 100 block of East Chestnut Street.

3:43 p.m. Monica Dehoff, 34, of Thomasville, was cited for retail theft following an incident of shoplifting reported at a business in the 400 block of Eisenhower Drive. Charges for retail theft and criminal trespass are pending against a 59-year-old woman, of Thomasville, stemming from the same incident.
4:06 p.m. Criminal trespass was reported in the 300 block of Wilson Avenue where a man and a woman loitering on private property were located and warned.
4:21 p.m. Theft of a bicycle was reported in the 600 block of East Middle Street.

Jan. 18
8:05 a.m. A two-vehicle crash in the 200 block of Black Rock Road. No injuries were reported.
11:15 a.m. Assisted West Manheim Township Police with a theft investigation in the first block of Industrial Drive.
12 p.m. Assisted Maryland State Police with checking for a wanted subject in the 600 block of Black Rock Road.
12:21 p.m. A one-vehicle crash in the first block of Bragg Circle. One minor injury was reported.
1:17 p.m. Retail theft at a business in the 800 block of York Street.
1:30 p.m. A two-vehicle crash in the 1400 block of Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported.
2 p.m. A two-vehicle crash in the 1300 block of Baltimore Street. No injuries were reported.
4:30 p.m. A two-vehicle crash at Beck Mill Road and West Granger Street. No injuries were reported.
6:36 p.m. Report of a verbal domestic between boyfriend and girlfriend in the 100 block of McAllister Street.
