Swisscom resolves business VoIP service outages

Thousands of Swisscom SME customers have been impacted by an outage of the operator's VoIP service during the past couple of days. The operator reports that the failure has now been resolved. The issues affected two VoIP telephony services, Smart Business Connect and Managed Business Communications. There was a mistake in the supplier's software, stated the operator. without providing further details.

Swisscom promises a gesture of goodwill for affected clients.
