BISMARCK, N.D.
North Dakota Supreme Court Justice Lisa Fair McEvers says she will seek re-election.
McEvers took office Jan. 1, 2014, after being appointed by then-Gov. Jack Dalrymple to fill two of the four remaining years of retiring Justice Mary Maring's unexpired term. She won election in 2016 to fill out the final two years of Maring's term.
The Bismarck Tribune reports she is now running for a full 10-year term on the state Supreme Court.
