Hamilton Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a stolen pickup truck used to pull a mobile soup kitchen around the city.

Police say the owner noticed it was missing Thursday morning.

They say it is a brown 2017 Dodge Ram pickup, which the owner calls his “workhorse.”

The vehicle’s licence plate is AS 73727 and had magnetic placards reading “Men’s Street Ministry” attached to the doors at the time it was stolen.

But police say those placards have most likely been removed.

Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 905-546-2963 or Crime Stoppers anonymously.

“There are many people in Hamilton who depend on the mobile soup kitchen,” police said in a news release.
