There's been a rise in the number of lobbying companies in the United States declaring their work on behalf of foreign entities.
That's after Donald Trump's former campaign manager was indicted for failing to reveal lobbying for the Ukrainian government.
Lobbying firms are now worried about being caught on the wrong side of the law.
