Sub: SEBI directions w.r.t. listed Shell Companies – Update on Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd.

This is w.r.t. Exchange Notice no. 20170807-31 dated August 07, 2017 w.r.t. the company viz. Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd. (Scrip Code – 590057).

In pursuance of the NSE Circular ref. no.:- 22/2018 (Download ref. no: - NSE/SURV/36785) dated January 19, 2018, following actions are initiated: -

        i.            The trading in securities of Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd. shall be reverted to the status as it’s stood prior to issuance of SEBI letter dated August 07, 2017 effective from January 22, 2018 as under:-

      ii.            The promoters and directors in Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd. are permitted only to buy the securities of Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd. The shares held by the promoters and directors in Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd. shall not be allowed to be transferred for sale, by depositories.

    iii.            The other actions envisaged in SEBI’s letter dated August 07, 2017 in paragraph 1(d), as may be applicable, and the consequential action taken by the Exchange shall continue to have effect against Green Fire Agri Commodities Ltd.
