Greenwood King Properties announced that Renée Eads has joined the firm as vice president of relocation. A licensed Texas Realtor, Eads began her career in 2006 as a relocation coordinator and rose to relocation manager. She holds Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) and Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) designations from Worldwide ERC, and the Global Relocation Professional (GRP) designation from Leading Real Estate Companies of the World (LeadingRE).

CRP designees are experts in U.S. domestic employee mobility, including corporate policies and programs, real estate, transferee counseling and other services. Professionals holding the GMS designation have an understanding of the various options for international assignments, issues surrounding spouses and families, visa and immigration considerations, tax consequences and more.

GRP holders are certified to provide professional development in the area of referrals and relocation, supporting LeadingRE's 30,000-plus affiliate-to-affiliate client referrals each year.

"In today's integrated global economy, we require the best and brightest professional relocation talent to service our GKP buyers and sellers," said Julie Greenwood. "Relocation is a critical component in a growing number of our sales, and Renée's extensive, first-hand knowledge and understanding of our global relocation networks, Leading Real Estate Companies of the World and Luxury Portfolio International, is a major advantage. We are proud to welcome Renée and look forward to her expert guidance, experience and client-centric approach."
