Three teens hurt in Yellow Medicine County crash
CANBY — Three teens were injured in a one-vehicle accident Thursday night in Yellow Medicine County.
The crash was reported around 11:30 p.m. on state Highway 68 at 140th Street, west of Canby.
According to the State Patrol, a 2002 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven by an unidentified 16-year-old female was going east on Highway 68 when the driver lost control of the vehicle, causing it to enter the south ditch.
The driver and two passengers, including Anthony Charles Abramowski, 17, of Bellingham, and another unidentified 17-year-old male, were all taken to the hospital in Canby.
The Yellow Medicine County Sheriff's Department, Canby Police, Canby Fire Department and Canby Ambulance assisted at the scene.
Road conditions were dry at the time of the incident, according to the State Patrol.
