.SYNOPSIS...An inverted trough across the SW Gulf waters will
shift NW across the western waters tonight, and move W inland
Texas and NE Mexico on Sat. Fresh SE return flow will set up
across the western Gulf on Sat night ahead of a cold front
moving SE off the Texas coast late Sun night. The cold front
will stall from SW Florida to near Veracruz Mexico on Tue night.
