Quavaris  Crouch of Charlotte was one of the nation's top running backs last season as a junior rushing for 3283 yards and 33 touchdowns.  But his coach told the Charlotte Observer there's a good chance he'll play linebacker in college.  Playing a limited role at that position last season, Crouch had 48 tackles and 14 sacks.  His coach said he could grow to be 6-3, 265 pounds.  Crouch will visit Clemson Saturday and North Carolina next weekend,  but his coach told The Observer USC and Michigan are the front runners and that Gamecock recruiter Bobby Bentley is one of the recruiters on him the best along with Gunter Brewer of North Carolina.  Coach Sam Greiner also said the decision on his position will play a role on where he goes to college.  He said most schools are recruiting him as a running back but Clemson liked him as a linebacker.

Clemson offered 2018 WR Mario Goodrich of Lees Summit, MO. He has visited LSU and is scheduled to visit Georgia, Ole Miss and Florida the next three weekends.

USC's Will Muschamp visited Brunswick, GA high school Wednesday to check on OL Warren McClendon.

USC offered 2020 OL Avery Jernigan of Blackshear, GA.

USC offered 2021 OL Micah Morris of Kingsland, GA.
