Mikoy Morales admitted he was disappointed about his lack of projects after finishing as a runner-up in the talent search “Protégé: The Battle for the Big Artista Break” in 2012.
“Of course, it hurts. May tampo, because I wasn’t getting a lot of work,” he said at the launch of GMA 7’s weekly fantaserye “Sirkus”—the first show he’s top-billing. “It’s OK that it took a few years for me to get this, because it gave me time to know myself better,” he said.—ALLAN POLICARPIO
