ROTTERDAM - A boil-water advisory has been lifted in the town.

The advisory was issued Saturday as crews worked to repair a water main break on Curry Road.

The main is located between Altamont Avenue and Deforest Street intersections.

Schenectady County's Department of Environmental Health lifted the order on Thursday. County officials said residents and business operators should flush water lines for 3 to 5 minutes and discard old ice made by ice machines.
