Reduction of share capital :
Upon coming into effect of the Scheme for Reduction of Share Capital as approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench:
The paid-up share capital of the company is henceforth Rs. 1,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Crore only) divided into 1,00,00,000 (One Crore) Fully Paid Up Equity shares of Re. 1/- (Rupee One only), reduced from Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) divided into 1,00,00,000/- (One crore) Equity Shares of Rs.10/- (Rupees Ten) each.
