Shaina Magdayao: No such thing as perfect man, age doesn’t matter
Shaina Magdayao is not searching for the perfect man.
In an interview with the Philippine Entertainment Portal, the actress admitted she no longer had the same “ideals” for “the one” as when she was younger.
Right now, the man for her would be “someone who will respect my family, may takot sa Diyos (is God-fearing)—that’s it.”
She no longer looks for specific traits, not even in terms of physical appearance. “Even I am not perfect so I am not looking for a perfect person,” she explained.
On age, she said, “It doesn’t matter.”
Her only condition: “Perfect timing!”
When asked about rumors that ex-boyfriend John Lloyd Cruz was a father-to-be, Magdayao chose to stay mum. “May value ba ang comment ko? Wala naman. Wag na tayong kumoment (Does my comment have value? None. Let’s not comment),” she insisted. Â
Apart from Cruz, Magdayao’s love life has been linked to a number of showbiz heartthrobs including John Prats, Sam Milby and Piolo Pascual.
In an interview on “Tonight with Boy Abunda” last Jan. 11, Magdayao described Pascual as a “beautiful soul” and someone she trusts.
