Law enforcement and other officials from across the region and nation are reacting to Thursday morning's shooting in Harrisburg, where U.S. Marshall Christopher David Hill, a York County resident, was killed while serving a warrant.

A York City police officer, Kyle Pitts, was also wounded by gunfire inside the Harrisburg home. A Harrisburg officer was also shot but "bravely returned fire and critically injured the gunman," said a statement from Harrisburg Mayor Eric Papenfuse.
