Speaking at the annual human resource conference organised by the Madras School of Social Work, Ragavan, an alumnus of the institution, said on a lighter note: "Culture eats strategy for breakfast."
He further said that humans will always be required irrespective of the technological advances. The conference also witnessed many speakers speaking on topics including Industry Specific Business Trends and HR Responses, Global Human Capital Trends and Reinventing Social Work- HR.

Marking the 10th year of the department of masters in social work (self-financed), the department forum- Pegasus hosted the annual event.
