Deloitte opens Cyber Security Center in Budapest

Deloitte established a Cyber Security Center in Budapest, the Cyber Intelligence Center (CIC), which will serve the Central European region. The centre was built in response to the growing demand for managed cyber-security services, Deloitte said. The Budapest CIC is joining a global network of more than 20 similar centres, which operate in priority locations across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and the Asia and Pacific region, offering 24-hour security services.

The CIC helps local and regional companies to protect their critical assets against threats that are already known and unknown. This goal is achieved through continuous monitoring of threats and the provision of specialised anti-crime expert services. Deloitte's EMEA Cyber Security Network consists of 1,200 experts.
