OAKLAND – The Golden State Warriors used a huge third quarter to beat the Chicago Bulls 119-112, securing their fourth straight win.

HIGHLIGHTS
Splash Brothers: The duo of Thompson and Curry combined for 68 points, giving the Warriors a boost during their huge third quarter. Thompson scored a season-high 38 points on 12-22 shooting, while Curry poured in 30 points of his own to go along with nine rebounds and nine assists.

Zaza Pachulia: The Georgian center grabbed 11 rebounds while making all three of his shots, totaling six points in 18 minutes.

Third quarter defense: The Warriors surrendered just 12 points, helping push their lead to as high as 19.

LOWLIGHTS

Kevin Durant: The ten year forward had his first sub 50 percent shooting night in two weeks, going 6 of 15 from the field, including 0 of 7 from the three-point line.

Warriors first-half defense: Bulls closed out the first quarter on a 12-0 run, erasing a 10 point lead in the final 1:32 of the frame. Chicago’s run ballooned to 17-0 as they pushed to a 57-46 lead with 7:01 to go.

Jordan Bell: The rookie forward went down with a sprained ankle 24 seconds into the game trying to defend a Robin Lopez dunk. Bell will get an MRI Thursday afternoon.
