Cloudy skies with scattered rain are forecast in the eastern part of the country due to the easterlies, the state weather bureau said Thursday.
Possible flashfloods or landslides due to moderate with at times heavy rain are expected over Cagayan Valley, the Bicol region, Caraga, the Davao region, Aurora, Quezon, Mindoro and Palawan, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical said.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolate rain, mostly over the eastern section. /cbb
