Nilamber Pitamber university on its 9th Establishment Day here on Wednesday released its first ever News Bulletin. A 12 page inclusive of front page and back page News Bulletin had a large number of newspapers clippings mostly in Hindi while two clippings of English and one of Urdu too were given space in this Bulletin.
The highlight of the News Bulletin was a full blown page write up of VC S N Singh in Hindi who in the beginning put a question to all and then at the bottom of his write up he sounded too tough for those ‘elements’ who foster problem for the university or create nuisance and do nothing to be cautious in future as they will face music.
As usual this 9th Establishment Day celebration of NPU was held in the rented premise of the zila parishad’s guest house where this university has been functioning since 2009 for want of land and building.
Two achievements by NPU’s students warmed the hearts today when one girl student Rudrani Kumari an NSS volunteer has been selected for the coming R Day parade in Delhi and the other Seewan Soni bagged the third prize in Puri in Odisha where he performed Mono Acting.
