Vodafone Spain awarded Murcia hotel contract

Vodafone Spain has announced a contract to provide digital transformation services to Thalasia, a hotel and spa on the Murcia coast. Under the terms of the deal, Vodafone will implement its Cloud Contact Centre and One Net platforms to provide a more efficient and personalised service to the hotel’s customers, streamline the management of bookings as well as digitalising room cleaning and hotel maintenance tasks.
