Ingredients :-
Rice – 2 cups
Ghee – one and a half spoon
Cumin-1 spoon
Cinnamon – a quarter spoon
Black pepper – 8
Black cardamom – 4
Hot masala powder-1 teaspoon
Onions – 1/3 cups
Clove
Method:
Take cooker and add water, salt, little oil, rice and put it on medium flame. When rice gets prepared, leave it as it is to get cool down.
Now heat the ghee in a pan and put all spices in it. When all spices gets cooked properly then add a pinch of salt and hot masala in it.
After this, add these spices to ghee. Now add 1 pinch of salt and hot masala. Mix it properly.
After this, add onion and fry it till gets brown, then add rice and mix it well. Rice with hot masala is ready. Serve it.
