Pirates force OT and beat Saint Stephen's
BRADEN RIVER — Kameron Brooks hit a 12 foot basket with 12 seconds left in regulation to tie the game and send Braden River into overtime.
Quin York had 5 points to lead Braden River to an overtime win over Saint Stephen's, 69-64.
Amari Jones put up 22 points and grabbed 8 rebounds while teammate Dravean Mays scored 11 points, had 5 rebounds, 4 assists and 7 steals.
Daveon Wortham scored 10 points and came up with 5 rebounds for the Pirates.
Saint Stephen's Jordan Edwards scored 22 points.
Kade Westberry had 20 points and Ty Barker scored 17 points.
Braden River (9-7) will travel to Lakewood Ranch on Friday at 7:30 p.m.
