Christopher Savasta, 33, of the Worcester County Jail and House of Correction, West Boylston, was sentenced to seven concurrent terms of 18 months in the House of Correction after pleading guilty to vandalizing property, two counts of receiving stolen property over $250, three counts of malicious destruction of property over $250, and receiving stolen property under $250. He was placed on five concurrent terms of 3 years probation, to begin upon his release, after pleading guilty to five counts of breaking and entering into a building in the daytime with intent to commit a felony. As conditions of probation, he was ordered to remain drug- and alcohol-free, to undergo a substance abuse evaluation with treatment and counseling as recommended by the Probation Department, to submit to random drug tests, to stay away from and have no contact with the victims, and to pay $2,750 restitution, $65 monthly probation fee. Charges of larceny from a building, two counts of receiving stolen property over $250, four counts of larceny under $250, and four counts of larceny over $250 were dismissed at the request of the commonwealth.
