Rostelecom upgrades network for corporate users in Novosibirsk

Russian national operator Rostelecom switched to its fibre-optic network around 2,000 corporate customers in the Novosibirsk region in 2017. The company said 210 km of copper lines were replaced by fibre cable for the customers, including 14 km of new lines deployed in the city of Novosibirsk. A total of 980 buildings used by corporate subscribers were connected to the fibre network of the national operator.

Broadband starting from 100 Mbps, as well as cloud services from the operator became available for the customers.
