The University of Houston received a boost Wednesday night with the return of forward Breaon Brady, who missed three games with an ankle injury.
Brady, a 6-8 junior college transfer, was in the starting lineup against Tulane, his first action since injuring his left ankle during a 21-point performance Dec. 30 against Temple.
His return comes as the Cougars prepare to face seventh-ranked Wichita State at 11 a.m. Saturday at H&PE Arena.
For the season, Brady is averaging 5.8 points and 5.4 rebounds while giving the Cougars a tough inside presence.
