THE cast and crew of Home and Away planned to gather on set today to mark 30 years on our screens, but the exciting milestone turned to sorrow for someone who tragically couldn't be there with them.
Her younger sister Annabelle, 21, and parents Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60, all died in the accident.

The Australian soap's veteran actor, Ray Meagher, who has portrayed Alf Stewart since the pilot in 1988, said the team were left devastated by the tragedy.
"I didn't do any screen work with Jessica when she was here, she did most of her work with the younger cast, but I used to pass her in the corridor and she was just a lovely, pleasant girl," Meagher told News Corp Australia.
"Look, what do you say, I mean it's such an absolute tragedy.
"It's just absolutely awful.
"The old cliches of 'our prayers and our love are with you' just seems so inadequate.
"What else do you do, I really don't know, it's just an absolute tragedy."
Channel Seven released a statement saying the network was "heartbroken" to hear of Jessica's death.
"Channel Seven and the entire Home and Away family is heartbroken to hear of Jessica's passing," the statement said.
"Jessica's shining talent was recognised and respected by all her castmates and crew and her beautiful friendship treasured.
"We send our sincere condolences to her extended family and friends during this difficult time."

The driver of the 4WD that slammed into the family's car, 50-year-old serial traffic offender Craig Whitall, was reportedly travelling home from a Nowra methadone clinic when he was killed in the crash.
He had previously been subject to a nine-year driving ban and had at least 10 convictions for driving while disqualified.

THE cast and crew of Home and Away planned to gather on set today to mark 30 years on our screens, but the exciting milestone turned to sorrow for someone who tragically couldn't be there with them.
