Sylvia G. Becker, 77, passed away January 13, 2018.
She was born March 17, 1940 in Wheeling, West Virginia, the daughter of the late Carl and Gertrude McKay. She will always be remembered as a devoted mother and grandmother. She loved spending time with her family, listening to Elvis, Pug Dogs, Angels, and reading her newspaper. One of her favorite memories was a special trip to Ireland and Scotland with her sister Sandra. Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents and her oldest daughter Laura Bess and fiancé Ricky Barker. She is survived by her sister Sandra (Al) Quesenberry, brother Cadwell McKay, and sister Christine (Edward) Taylor; former husbands Harold Flinn and Michael Becker; son Douglas Flinn, daughter Lynette Johnson, daughter Erin (Bryan) Berry; grandchildren Casey Murray, Ryan Bess, Jordan, Jake, and Grace Flinn, Todd and Tiffany Johnson, Channum, Trezdyn, and Emberly Berry.
A celebration of her life will take place at a later date.
