Almatel launches 'Winter Express' tariff line

Russian fixed operator Almatel has introduced the new tariff line 'Winter Express' with three price plans. The 'Winter Express' tariff contains broadband at up to 100 Mbps speed for RUB 399 monthly subscription. The 'Winter Express+ Wi-Fi' tariff also includes a Wi-Fi service, for RUB 449 per month, and the 'Winter Express+ Wi-Fi +TV' tariff also includes up to 110 TV channels, for a monthly rate of RUB 549.
