GREENWICH — An 18-year-old Port Chester, N.Y., man is facing allegations he was dealing marijuana from his car in the west end of town. Another Port Chester man was also arrested in the incident.
Police were called to Charles Street on the evening of Jan. 10 on a report of a suspicious vehicle, a black Nissan Altima, that had been parked on the street for a substantial amount of time with two men inside it.
Officers said they detected the smell of burnt marijuana when they spoke with Maxwell Tafolla, 18, of Leonard Street. Police said they found small plastic bags, a scale and around 80 grams of marijuana in the vehicle, which was parked near Hamilton Avenue School.

Another person in the vehicle, Alan Acevedo, 21, of Seymour Road, Port Chester, was charged with illegal possession of marijuana and possession near a school. He was released on $250 bail.
