Two alleged robbers were killed in a mob beating in Bandar upaizla of Narayanganj early Wednesday.
The identities of the deceased could not be known yet.
Quoting local people, police said villagers beat the robbers black and blue when they were roaming suspiciously near one Nurul Alam's house in Baligaon area early hours, leaving them dead on the spot.
Narayangang bandar Police Station OC Abul Kalam said the incident took place at about 3am.
