Senior guard Reese Jackowiak scored 20 points to lead Venice High to a 65-60 Class 8A-District 11 boys basketball victory over host Manatee High Tuesday night.

Jaivon Heiligh added 18 points for the Indians and Dylan Gregoire chipped in with 11 points.

Venice (5-8, 3-2) hosts Palmetto High in another 8A-11 game Friday.
