Q. How to avail the counselling service provided by the CBSE regarding the board exam issues and problems?

Ans: CBSE provides counselling to students and parents over every issue that comes as a hurdle while preparing for the board exams. CBSE uses different modes of communications like telephonic counselling, question-answer columns in newspapers, interactive voice response system (IVRS) and online counseling through CBSE website. All these services are provided free of cost to counsel the stressed out students across the geographical spread.

A toll free, 1800 11 7002, is also provided to the Indian students which can be dialled from any part of the country and will give centralized access to the CBSE helpline.
