
The four "rebel" Supreme Court judges were not named in a bench that will decide on constitutional cases

CPI(M) leader Sitaram Yechury, talking to NDTV, said that the questions raised by the judges are serious ones, and should be resolved quickly.
Sources have told NDTV that Chief Justice of India Dipak Misra met with the four judges this morning and discussed all their issues. He is to meet with them tomorrow as well, according to the sources.
The Supreme Court has directed the Maharashtra Government to give all documents pertaining to the death of Justice B H Loya to petitioners seeking an independent probe into the circumstances of the death of the CBI special judge.
