FARGO - A man is accused of stealing a truck and then leading police on a slow speed chase late Monday night, Jan. 15 in Fargo.

Twenty-five-year-old Ryan Love was arrested after police responded to a report of a stolen vehicle. The car's owner was inside Casey's Gas Station at 2002 25th St. S. paying for gas and came back out to find their vehicle was gone.

Police found the stolen vehicle and tried to pull it over. That's when Love rammed into one of the police cars and drove off. Authorities said they were able to disable the stolen vehicle using OnStar, but Love still lead Police on a 20-minute chase going just three miles per hour.

The officer driving the damaged squad car was not hurt.
