Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s move to Arsenal is ‘done’, according to Armenian journalist Thibaud Vezirian.

The playmaker has reportedly been used as a makeweight in negotiations to sign Arsenal talisman Alexis Sanchez.

And journalist Vezirian claims the 28-year-old has agreed a deal to join Arsenal, with Sanchez heading to Old Trafford.

Vezirian tweeted: “The transfer of @HenrikhMkh to @Arsenal, it's done! Alexis Sanchez files at @ManUtd.”

United, who paid £27m for Mkhitaryan in the summer of 2016, will also pay cash to Arsenal for Sanchez, thought to be £35m.

Vezirian added: “Manchester [United] will of course pay extra compensation to Arsenal.”

“Jose Mourinho is keen to move back to Real Madrid”

Jose Mourinho is keen to move back to Real Madrid, Spanish outlet Don Balon claim.

They reckon the Special One isn’t happy at Old Trafford and he may quit the Premier League giants.

Zinedine Zidane’s future at the Bernabeu is up in the air and he could be axed in the coming months.

And Don Balon say Ronaldo is keen to re-join Real, as long as they sell Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcelo and Karim Benzema before he arrives.

Tony Gale says United must sign Arsenal’s Sanchez this month.

Manchester City have ended their interest in the Chile international, while Liverpool and Chelsea are also keen on the 29-year-old.

And pundit Gale reckons United need Sanchez as the Arsenal forward is better than Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford.

“For me, it’s a no-brainer that they need to get him because he’s simply better than what they’ve got,” Gale told Sky Sports when asked how Sanchez would fit into Mourinho's plans.

“He’s got that little bit more experience than Martial, than Rashford.

“(Zlatan) Ibrahimovic, not so sure about his fitness. So, they need him.”
