William Thomas Grates, 67, of Worthington, died on Sunday Jan. 14, 2018, at his residence.  He was born Feb. 23, 1950, in Kittanning, to the late William Joseph and EmiJean Delores (Lloyd) Grates.  Mr. Grates was a U.S. Army veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Kittanning Men’s Club and VFW.
