One-point games are starting to grow on the Frontier Regional girls basketball team.
For the third time in the last four games, the Red Hawks earned a one-point win, this time beating Ware, 39-38, on the road Monday.
Frontier (7-3) has won five straight.
Marie Diemand made a driving pullup with eight seconds left to give the Red Hawks the lead.
The defense then held for the final seconds.
Ella Deane finished with 14 points, while Diemand added nine.
Olivia Dean and Lexa Boyden each had six points.
