Collision on U.S. 64 west sends two to hospitals

ASHEBORO — Two people were transported to hospitals Tuesday afternoon after a collision on U.S. 64 west of Asheboro near Mount Shepherd Road.


According to preliminary reports, one victim was taken to Randolph Health and the other went to Moses Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro. Both were reported in stable condition.
