Two Lee County teens have been arrested as suspects in a shooting on Broadhurst Loop in South Fort Myers that resulted in a male victim being wounded twice.

Treyvon Carter, 16, of Cape Coral, and Keevon Clark, 18, of Fort Myers, remain in the Lee County Jail and are charged with robbery. 

Carter, in juvenile custody at the jail on no bond, will be arraigned Jan. 29. Clark has not had bond set and will be arraigned Feb. 19.

Both teens were arrested Tuesday afternoon for the shooting that happened on the corner of Broadhurst Loop and Cypress Lake Drive in Fort Myers on Sunday.

On Monday the Lee County Sheriff's Office said the victim  was improving at Lee Memorial Hospital. The report said the victim's wounds were to his abdomen and groin area, not considered life-threatening and he was expected to survive.

The LCSO has not identified the victim.

A passer-by saw the victim on the side of Broadhurst Loop with gunshot wounds, stopped to assist and called 911.

The report said the victim was wearing tan colored pants and no shirt and was lying on the west side of the road when found.
