A new way to experience the Grand Canyon has opened targeting adrenaline junkies. If the glass-bottom Grand Canyon Skywalk bridge at Grand Canyon West isn't exciting enough for you, a new attraction has opened in the area that allows thrill seekers to soar about 1,000 feet above the canyon floor, at speeds of up to 80 km/hr.

Located at Hualapai Ranch, the Zipline at Grand Canyon West sends riders zipping through the sky, four at a time. Two of the cables measure 1,100 feet in length, while the second set is installed at a steeper grade and measures nearly double the length at 2,100 feet.

The attraction will be able to accommodate 350,000 visitors a year, and tickets are priced at US $89. The ride can accommodate guests between 90 to 275 lbs.
